Distronode Approved for Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program
Anthropic approved Distronode for Defense Access in its Cyber Verification Program, for security work on Distronode's own code, products and systems.
On November 7, 2026, Anthropic approved Distronode Corporation for Defense Access in its Cyber Verification Program. The program is for verified defenders: it relaxes Claude's cyber safeguards for defensive work such as incident response, analyzing malicious code, detection engineering and confirming whether a reported vulnerability is real.
Distronode's access covers security work on its own code, products and systems: the District AI apps and voice agent, distronode.com and the four regional sites behind them. It is active on Claude, on Claude in Google Cloud's Agent Platform and on Microsoft Foundry, and access through Amazon Bedrock is in progress.
The approval does not change how District AI handles a call. This access is used only for Distronode's own security work. It is separate from the optional Claude brain a workspace can choose for its receptionist, which stays listed on Distronode's sub-processor register and works exactly as before.
Approval comes with security requirements. By Anthropic's December 15, 2026 deadline, every account that can use this access must sign in with phishing-resistant authentication, such as a passkey or security key, and no long-lived key may be used to reach the models. Distronode is putting both in place ahead of that date.
Customers have nothing to change. The Distronode blog explains why Distronode applied and what it means for a business phone line.
About Distronode. Distronode Corporation is a federally incorporated Canadian telecommunications company. It provides business phone numbers, calls and texts in Canada, the United States and Europe, and builds District AI, the receptionist that answers them, the desk behind it, and the app that carries it. It publishes where every call is handled.

Claude now helps with more of our own defensive security work. How District AI answers your calls does not change.
